I just bought a universal magnaflo catcon to replace my
stock one since it is bad will this be a upgrade to my truck or
a down grade? I just put a flomaster 40 muffler on there so
idk if this catcon will help that sound even better then it
does or worse?

Probably wont even notice. You really dont need it unless your truck is post emissons. If its pre then all u need is ur muffler
