Should be next to the radiator where the referigerant lines conntct. That is where it is on my 95.

You should have to remove the liquid line from the ac coil in ths dash to acess the orfice kit, if that is clogged you will probably need to look for a root problem in the refrigerant system. I spend a fortune when i work on my cars ac, nitrogen flushes acid netralizers, solvents that will break up those pesty stop leak and dye compounds. remeber r134-a and its oil will absorb water from the air change the drier, and pull a 500 micron vac on the system before rechaging.
