The blower resister is bad. Very common on chrysler products. It's located under the dash on the passangers side. You can't miss it. Takes about 5 minutes to change. It costs about $20 from the dealer.

I second Jay's diagnosis. This happened to me a few years ago. It is a dealer only part and requires only a couple screws. In earlier years it is located on the engine compartment side of the firewall on the passengers side.
