 Subject: 1999 ABS problems

My ABS light and E-brake light wont turn off and my speedometer drops to zero when i go below about 30 mph. any ideas? the manual says that it could be from high radio frequencies in the area that disabled the ABS.

All your symptoms point to the RWSS(Rear Wheel Speed Sensor). It is located in the rear differential center section.

I concurr. Daddio filled me in on this when the same happened to my 99 dak. I replaced the RWSS and the prob went away. Part was cheap and it took about 20 minutes to replace.
