Subject: T.P.S. Sensor IP: Logged
Message: I hope some one can help me here. I have a Actron Scanner and the T.P.S. READS 71% open when the throttle plate is fully open, I was looking for 100%.
Is this normal or do I have a problem here?

Message: Usually you would probe the center wire with a multi-tester and set the tps at a certain voltage. I forget what voltage it is, like 7 or .7 volts?

Message: As long as it is not throwing a code
or otherwise acting up , leave it alone
and use that scanner for more useful
