When driving my truck when I get around the 40-45mph range the coverter appears to lockup until I reach 45 or so.At speeds higher 65-70 mph all gear shifting smooth but when I let off the accelerator then get back on the gas it acts as if the tranny went back to lockup but quickly changes.Is this a lock up issues or adjust kickdown?
