I would check the wiring first .
Not sure if that 'splice under the fuse/relay
box affects this , but could well be worth
looking at..
Clean and secure all chassis/ground connections as well..

how old is the battery? Maybe a bad alternator. That is what I would check first. You probably checked that already right?

ecdak, grow up. His response wouldn't necessarily help anyone else out, because they could have a different problem. Seen that time and again here; some jackass will declare "this is the fix because it worked for me" when some troubles can have any number of causes. What's really stupid is you posting as "?" for two more posts after the question you posted as ecdak wasn't answered.
