Hi every one!... I have a dakota 99 v6 auto sport and my reverse lights quit working. Does anybody know why could be the reason they quit working? Or anybody had this experience before? I'm gonna start checking the fuses, then the light bulbs. Just i dont know why both sides are not working.
Any answers I will really apreciate it.

Hey guys!... I checked the fuses 1st and I found out, that fuse blew out. I really don't know why could be the reason. I checked the light bulbs and they were fine. I just replaced the fuse yesterday, and I gonna keep eye on it just to see if it doesn't blow out again.
Does a bad switch could cause the fuse to bow out?
Any suggestions?

sounds to me like you've got a short
you'll know if the fuse pops again
if so i'd start looking right at the tranny
wires rubbed some where and grounding out
sensor plugs oil soaked an shorting out

Hi Well!... Thank you for your post. So far the fuse hasn't blow out yet. I'm gonna check the the wires by the tranny this weekend to see how they look like.
