Seems you will need to figure em out some how
before anything is going to work again.
Did you disturb the distributor position ?
Hopefully someone can give you some info
as to where those lines connect..

Message: Tristen, try blocking off all the vacuum line connections at the manifold and see if you can get it started that way. I have an 88 as well, and when I rebuilt my engine, I used some vacuum plugs, they just silp over the vacuum tube, the metal piece that the hose would slip over. That can help get it to run without a bunch of codes, if the vacuum control switches are pluged in.
Then most of what needs to be done is one at a time run a vacuum line from a vacuum sourse at the manifold to each of the control switches. It takes some time, but you can get it to run while you are trying to get it sorted out.
On mine it had something that looked like a tree with a bunch of tubes for vacuum lines, I pluged each of them, and hooked up the vacuum line for the power brakes, and it started just fine, but I did that before I ever tried to start it to begin with. There are also 2 or 3 at the front of the throttle body I just ran a vacuum line from one to the other and pluged one I think. The one's at the throttle body are to go to the Canister for the gas fumes, but I can't remember just how they are to be hooked up.
Good Luck
