I just purchased a 1996 Dakota v6 2wd.
And the master cylinder went out on me last week! While replacing the master cylinder, one of the two brake lines that comes off it and goes to the junction block rounded off.
I can't find a replacement line anywhere!
Could someone please help me out? This is my primary work truck and I’m at a total loss as to where to get this break line.
If it helps it's the line closest to the front of the radiator.

You should be able to get 'replacement brake fluid line' from any decent Auto parts store .
Just need to know what length you need .
If you do get too much , just coil it up..
Should be less than $ 5.00 for what you need..

I went to autozone, kreggans, and pep-boys. No one had it. They had the right size tubing but not the right tubing with correct fittings.
I called a dealership and they told me to go to a junk yard... Any ideas?

I'm going through that with one line on my Dak. I bought a coil of coated PolyArmour tubing at Advance Auto, and new fittings online, and a flaring tool. I'm practicing doing double-flares on scrap line. If you don't feel confident doing this, you'll have to have it towed, have a pro make up some lines for you. Could be up to $100, parts and labor.

I figured id have to do the junk yard thing, lucky for me im in san diego sa there are tons of truck junk yards here...
