i haven't any experience with either but, there have been post on here with people running both. in fact Larry J&J runs a jet stageII(maybe with the Mopar PCM) and gained about 2mpg.

The mopar performance comp is the best 92 to 95

And a 96 chip will not work on an obd1 system

The stage 2 chips add about 5 to 12 hp depending
on the mods you have we sell them to customers
mostly for the gas mileage gains from 1 to 3 mpg
better low end torque you can fell them at 3000
rpm and up they are noticeable providing all your
sensors are working properly

Jets claims of 25hp are bs

The chips are also vehicle specific not
interchangeable from year to year or auto to
manual trans

This is where people buy chips from ebay not for
there truck and claim they do nothing

We setup an 04 hemi truck with headers a cold
air K&N and a stage 2 chip and he gets 22mpg
with this 4x4 hemi
