Depends on Year of truck - according to
troublecodes.net - 87 to 89 lists both
89 to 95 lists only - radiator fan relay .
One should not criticize until the whole story
is available.

Curly, this is why I went ahead and bought a membership, to get away from the spamers, or what ever they are. I don't think they can afford to buy a membership. Its sads that people act like they do, but if you pay close attention, they don't try to help anyone they just try to bash people.
