Message: could be an injector, loose connection, intake manifold gasket leak. make sure all ignition parts are in good shape. check and clean electrical connections for the injectors. you could swap that #5 injector with another and see if the miss follows. if it does. it's that injector.

Message: i use Seafoam. works great. just follow the directions. you can skip the part about putting some in the cranckcase and split it half and half between the tank and pouring it down the throttle body.
