 Subject: Superchips 3715 Problem?

I have a '98 3.9 a just got the SC 3715 ( I know it's been replaced with the 3815). When it saves the factory settings the fuel light comes on and stays on. Then right before I choose to install the performance code the break and ABS lights come on. I chose not to install the code and the lights went out. Never messed with a turner, but I the feeling that it should'nt do that. Can anyone help?
