Anyone got a clue?
My Speedo is out, and the ABS & brake lights are on. The Speedo seems to work if i stay above 68mph.
What sensors could it be? ABS or Speedo, where do I look?
Thanks,,,,

usually if the ABS and BRAKE light are on and speedo works above a certain speed it is the RWSS(rear wheel speed sensor) located in the center section of the rear differential.

It's a '00. Yeah the speedo works above 68mph the speedo will read zero and bounce around up to 20-35 mph and drop back to zero. So I guess that I'll look for sensor on the rear. Is it easy to change out? Most sensors are bolt off and unplug, can't be to hard right??

Daddio,
You hit the nail on the head. Except the Guy at the parts counter said it was the rear abs sensor. it's located on top of the diff. I unplugged it and went for a short ride up to the auto parts store. With it unplugged I got no new lights on the dash. and the speedo didn't work at all. The sensor was 42 bucks. It was a little tricky getting the old on out, it was stuck in the diff from 104K miles of riding around outside. Alot of rotating back and forth and prying gently and a few shots of WD-40 did the trick.
Thanks......................
