 Subject: Front suspension bumpers

I have a 1994 Dodge dakota 4WD. Just noticed the front suspension bumpers are rusted and one is about to fall off. It looks like they're held on by a bolt??? Is this a dealer part? I was able to find a universal suspension bumper but it did not have a bracket on.....how do you replace these?

check napa they usualy carrie all the sus parts
others do not

Thanks! I called Napa. They carried the upper suspension bumper but not the bottom one. I ended up going to the dealer for it. Was one of the easiest fixes I think I ever did to my truck.
There's alot of rust on the frame and around this area. Is there anything I can do to prevent my frame from rusting out. It's not at this point yet, but in a few years, I can see the frame rusting out.
