Message: so what are the chepest mods for gen III dakotas? i heard you can actually drill out the crankshaft position sensor?! anything else?

Crank position sensor (CPS) mod
(you slot the mounting holes)
to up your timing 2-3 degree
throttle position sensor (TPS) mod
improves throttle responce
Intake Air Temp sensor (IAT) relocation mod
makes computer think it's running colder and fattens up the fuel mix alittle.
Plastic pipe cold air intake
get your pipe from Home Depot and a clamp on air filter from your local auto parts store.
$50 Dynomax super turbo muffler (#17748)
keep your stock tailpipe, just replace the muffler.
That's a start. Cheap!, less than $100 total
You should be happy starting with these mods

Message: I heard the spacers do DI*K but waste your money. i got a 20$ cherrybomb from pep boys and it sounds like i have a whole in my exhaust. the CPs mod sounds good but vague... how do you do it just drill the hole deeper??
