Message: Ignition timing is set by the ECU.
Take the truck back and make them fix it.

Message: fotodak is correct, the computer controls the timing, but if they moved the dist. its possible they may have got the fuel injectors out of time, in that case you will need to try moving the dist. slightly yourself, or have the shop that did the work make it right. It can be a little touchy though.
Good Luck

Message: Check the injector sync
Put the vibration damper mark on 0 TDC rotor
pointing at or near #1 plug wire drivers side
front is #1
Now get a good light and look straight down over
rotor and it should be centered over the cyl mark
on dist pickup plate that is 0 they run best at
+3 which would be back of rotor button with line
looking from the front
clockwise rotation dist turned counterclockwise
advances injector sync
You can also check the base timing with a light
remove fuel pump relay crank and it should be at
10 BTDC
The only way to check if the timing chain was
instaled right would be with a degree wheel a dial
indicator on #1 intake push rod or take it apart.
Another thing to look at is if the plug wires are
on right
drivers side 1, 3, 5
pass side 2, 4, 6
order 654321
and injector wires right they have #'s on them
either if these will also cause what you are
describing
Any decient shop would be sure it ran right
before giving it back to you I would think
but there are a lot of dummies out there
just a bad plug or wire perhaps
