Message: I have a 99 Dodge Dakota with the same problems. I checked the fuses and it was not that, how do you check the switchs or is that something I need to have done for me (I am not very auto savvy).

Message: Check your hazard switch, wiggle it, pull it in and out. This happened to me, your brakes and turn signals wont work if you hazards are "on". But if your hazards dont work..... nothing will be illuminated (not even at the dash)
