Message: The best place is on the radiator, there is already a trans cooler built on, its on the passenger side of the radiator. unscrew the linkage from the top and depending on your new hookups take the linkage off and save it. then run the line to your new trans cooler, most people mount the trans cooler right where that extra plastic is to help keep the engine clean (obviously with that piece gone now tho). Then hook up the run back line to the new trans cooler and then put that linkage piece you saved on the end of the run back line and reconnect it to the radiator.
Now your trans cooler is all setup.

Message: my truck is a manual but when iv'e installed aux trans coolers i always connect them in series with the factory coolers. leaving the stock inlet connection going into the radiator, out from there to the aux trans cooler mounted in front of the condenser then out back to the trans. on the daks you could mount it low so you can get air through the lower valance openings. try to leave about 1/2" to 1" space between the aux cooler and the a/c condenser coil.
