Doesn't anyone use the Jet Chip anymore? I see a lot about the SuperTuner, which is alot more money. I was thinking about the stage 2 chip. And will it work with my CPS mod, TPS mod, IAT? Are there any other choices for chips/programers?

Yes we still instal the jet 2 chips all the time
just be sure you get the right chip no ebay
works on all chips they are vehicle specific
What they do is give you a 2 to 3 degree timing
advance and a slghtly richer air/fuel mixture
the biggest thing is they really help gas mileage
the reason is they make the computer check the
a/f ratio more and hold a tighter ratio this is
where the better gas mileage comes in
the most noticeable is 3000rpm and up 10 to 15hp
and around 20 torque, not that noticeable but
they also help off idle low end torque this is
more noticeable when crusing in lockup at higway
speeds
there 25 to 30hp claims are not true
The mileage gains are from 1 to 3mpg with the
stage 2 chips we even seen mileage gains when
we instaled them on the hemi trucks
a 05 hemi truck with just the cold air and
headers was gettin 19 20mpg with the jet 2 the
same truck no other changes made 22 22.3 mpg
so he gained a solid 2mpg
And yes they run well with all the mods and bolt
ons
This hold true for all the trucks I would say
98 to 99% will run with reg fuel there were just
a few that had to step up to mid range fuel
I would not be without my stage 2 chip on my
95 4x4 V6 70 and above weather I get 24 25mpg

Larry won't the computer learn the jet chip? On another forum I've seen people see decreases in track times as the weeks go by that they have had the jet chip installed.

you wont see any MPG gains with Venom 400
they only work at WOT
