Message: I don't if you did a tune up yet or the age of your Dak. Try changing the Cap & rotor to brass contacts. That may help. More extreme diagnostics may involve cleaning out your TB. Check out Tips and tricks on www.speedtweaks.net. Good luck.

Message: The 3923s helped my idle a bit, and overall made for a slightly smoother engine. What really got me though was the JBA wires and Borg & Warner Cap/Rotor I got from Speedtweaks... whoa, that -smoothed- my idle out!

Message: Are the cap an rotor had to install, I'm really thinking of getting them. they sound like they could help. also i think that i may need a new set of wires. Which ones would be good. Thanks for your help guys.

Message: Nah, the cap and rotor are easy. The cap is held on by two screws (passenger/driver side), and can only be installed in one direction. The rotor itself just sits on the shaft, so it can be pulled off without tools. The hardest part is not dropping your screwdriver down the back of the engine (hopefully it'll fall down to the ground and not get stuck like mine did), and getting the wires back on right if you don't pay attention. :0)
