 Subject: power window switch

I put my window down today and when i went to put it back up, NOTHING! I banged on the door a little, sometimes it's enough to get em going again but not this time. I can hear clicking in the motor when i push the button for window down but when i push for window up it's dead. I took the door panel off and got my volt meter and unplugged the wire to the motor. I checked with the key on then pushed the button down and got 12v on the volt meter. then i pushed up and only got like 1.5v. shouldn't it be the same as when pushing down? so i was like "great, how am i gonna get my window up?" So i figured if i had juice to get the window down, cut the wires and reverse the polarity to make the motor go up. Sure enough it worked. I'm pretty sure that would indicated the motor itself is not bad, correct? Looks like it's the switch, what does everyone else think? thanks for the help
