Message: just get a K&N cone some pvc tubes and rubber
hubs from like home depo get the filter up by
the pass side fender front of tire and you got
it
A home made cold air intake for around $60 $70
and they work just as well as the $200 $300
ones you can buy
around 5hp and 10 torque and 1 to 2mpg better
mileage
I get a kick out of these companies claims of
15hp no way
Get a 1996 or newer V8 throttle body that alone
will give you 15 to 18hp at the wheels
low end will remain the same with the gains coming
in around 1800rpm
the fastman and F&B have gains right off idle
but cost 3 to $400
The V8 body is a cheap bolt on but be sure the
linkage is the same or you will have to swap
throttle cable about a 20 min job for the cable
if diff get the cable to
