My water pump has a pressed on pulley. How do you remove / attach the fan clutch? The clutch screws onto the shaft running through the center of the pulley. The repair manual I have shows the pulley attached with 4 screws and recommends backing the screws out some and using a screwdriver to hold the pulley while you unscrew the clutch assembly.
The only way I could get the assembly off was to jam a screwdriver into the impeller once I go the pump off the truck. How am I supposed to hold the pulley when I go to put the clutch assembly back on?
Thanks for any help!

Message: I just did this on my wife's Durango, I beleive the treads are reverse of the spin of the fan, so really no need to really torgue on it. just snug it up good and you should be fine.
