Subject: Definitive answer on pushrods?

I've seen several posts, but never seen a definitive answer;

When install Harland Sharp 1.7 rockers, do you need new pushrods? I'm at the point where this is the next mod. I can afford the rockers, but if I need new rods as well, that'll push back when I can do this. The truck is a 2001 CC 3.9l AT with 145K.

NO. You dont need new rods.

Why not viper rockers? 1/4 of the cost of the HS RR's, but flat tappet, not roller. (On the flip side, I installed HS 1.7s in my buddies 318 and they were awesome from build quality, installation ease, and performance. But were expensive.)
