I can't remember, but it took a few months, Contact The BBB in the area and file a complaint. A year is way too long, and they got your money.

Wow...that sucks...yeah. Definitely contact the BBB and if you paid with a credit card, you may wanna contact your credit card company as well. I'm not sure if there's a time limit on that, but a lot of times they can give you a refund and they'll dispute it themselves.

I got a used TB from Eiss Bros in Watertown, NY. $60 and had it the next day. That's if you just want a stock TB.

well i finally got a hold of sam from socaldakota and he is sending out my throttle body on tuesday, so i should have it in a few days. Thanks for all your guys help, greatly appreciated.
