Message: Without a modified intake you have air restriction, but you note some power gains without it. I have yet to do my intake, it's on my to do list.

Message: 50mm throttle plates 48mm intake bore
The only thing it effects is low end part throttle
flow that is why the low end will remain the same
mid and top end gains with a peak of 15 to 18
rear wheel
The fastman and F&B have gains right off
idle also let it learn a couple hundred miles
it should run great with noticeable mid and
top gains providing all the sensors are good

Message: I have a 95 dakota 3.9 v6 MPI so if I put a v8 throttle body will it matter would you not need bigger injectors? Or just more air will give gains? Eric is ur Dakota a MPI or throttle body injection?

Message: its a 2000 so i think it is mpi but not sure when i did the v8 throttle body swap there wasn't any fuel lines running to it. just a vacuum line and 3 sensors and throttle cable.

Message: no need to change injectors for just a v8 throttle body. in fact, you'd be surprised how much horsepower those stock injectors will support.
