Message: same way you do with an auto except you take out your shifter and weld in a 3 inch piece to make up for the increased hight same with the 4x4 shifter on the floor if u have an older dak

Message: You can weld the 3" piece in for the shifter, but
you most likely won't like it, Well I didn't anyway. It throws the shift pattern too far. I replaced stock shifter with a hurst shifter, regardless what they say, it can be done. If we knew your year truck it would be a great help.

Message: allso some people have had problems with the 4x4 shift lever going in and out of 4x4 lo and high wounce you put on the body lift
