I just purchased a 02 XLT 4X4 quad cab. It has 69,000 miles on it. I just had to get the trans rebuilt. It kept slipping shifting from second to third. After I got it rebuilt it still does it when i first start it up but thats it. It still doesn't seem 100%. Something isn't right with it. I hooked it up to the computer to see if it was setting off any troubles but nothing. It is a V6. It is slower than my grandma's station wagon. Any ideas or any anything would be a great help. This is my first Dodge.

Yea take it back to the shop that did it
and you want to hope they put ATF +4 in it.

A friend of mine had his rebuilt and they didn't change one of the silanoids and it didn't work right either, so he took it back and they had to replace a control valve. I would take it back and complain, the only thing is they will probably say its your fault and try to make you pay for it, there are a lot of shops that do that, I hope the one you delt with aren't.
