I have seen a few real bad ones but your talking CROSS THREADED. You might try putting a good penetration oil on the plug base and let it sit overnight. Regardless it has to come out.
I fear ruining the head. How long have the plugs been in the truck? severe oxidation can really make them tough to break lose. use some PB Blaster overnight. If it is cross threaded, you may be better off to change the other plugs and lave that one in the head. when it ages enough to start missing then it's time to just go for it

It may be too late, as you've already taken a breaker to it...but make sure you're applying torque at a 90 degree angle to the sparkplug. Meaning if it was standing straight up, it should be spinning and not leaning. I know that sounds like common sense, but when you're in tight spaces and trying to apply torque, it's easy to angle it a bit. I had a few issues similar, where no matter how much force I apply, it wont turn, and when I make sure it's perfectly straight, it's SO easy!!!
Hope that helps

Before you start spraying WD 40 or anything, you should use the compressor and blow all the junk out around the plug seat.
I'd sure like to know also, how long those plugs been in there?
Keep in mind once you get them out take a trip to your local auto parts store and get some anti-seize.

That would really suck.....Remember lefty loosy righty tighty..keep the socket and ratchet 90' to the plug and be carefull..PB Blaster overnight and good luck.

If oyu break it off then you got to pull the head and get it out that way...
