how much movement should there be in the belt tensioner while the engine is running? is it normal to see it flutter a little bit? also, what is correct way to check for belt stretch, how far down should you be able to push on the belt? thanks

yup its normal to see em flutter that means its workin id be more worried if it didnt move that would mean its froze or against the stop.as long as the belts not stretched far enough to let the tensioner lay on its stop its usually ok.
