martom107, you say "my vacuum stays at 1 psi all the time when I am driving" I think something is very wrong here, you should at least 16 inches of vacuum at idle, when you are driving it could drop to "0" then come back up when you let off the gas.
Have you tried to get the codes out of it? That could give us a little more info to help you with.
Good Luck

Check vacuum hoses connections to throttle body
and to the manifold below it. Check these hoses other ends. Sounds like leak in vacuum.
Those codes - p0300,p0301,p0302 indicate misfire detected , any others ?

yes the code was previously p0300 mean general miss fire, p0301 mean miss fire at number 1 cyl. p0303 mean miss fire at cyl. #3

thats mean the miss fire was all on the driver side, so at chrysler dealer they told me, its your fuel pump who do that or your fuel rail that need to be clean, so i start with fuel rail, and all injector have been clean up, and still same thing, so at dealer they say, might be your o2 sensor, so i have my o2 sensor replace on the driver side, have 4 on this pickup, 2 each side... anyway still same thing, but one of the o2 sensor, was burn like if it was burn with a torch so dealer guy say not normal, so they check if catalic was block, and nope they are ok...

now the code i got after all that have been done is p0304 a new code :O damn this pickup starting to be very expensif and seem impossible to find the problem anywhere :(

is it normal that fuel pump stay at 40 at the palce of 50 like a new one?

If you have a missfire on cyl 1 and 3 I would do a leakdown test or at least a compression test on those two cylinders.

Disconnect the pipe in front of the cat and drive it. Very loud lol but will come alive if your cat or muffler is plugged.

martom107, hook a vacuum gauge to the intake manifold, start engine let idle, the vacumm should come up to about 16-20 inches, if it stays there your muffler is ok, if it drops slowly, and will not come back, your muffler could have clogged, or other wise coused a blockage.

So what ever happend with this topic? Im having similar problems. I was getting a p0304 so I changed the4 plugs, cap rotor and wires. I swapped injector 4 with injector 6 and now I got a p0300. I was thinking of cleaning my os sensors with some crc electronics cleaner and seeing if this helps.

Any ideas?

well people, it look like its one of the catalytic that is plug for now, work have been on hold for now cause this pickup starting to become addict to $, i have it test with a temp gauge, and the 2 cat have about same temp before and after cat, but the one right after the Y have about 500 degree diference diference before and after , so i will remove that one to be sure it is that one, i sure hope so,

as for groovie, i was having p0300 me too, thats one mean general miss fire, so mean you might have some miss fire on more then one as p0400 was letting you believe, so i suggest you wait a bit and wait till the light come back after you reset it to be sure, anyway as soon as my problem is solve i let you guy's know, i am now only able to go at about 110 km when pedal at the floor :( and when taking a little hill some time drop down to 60km.

anyway keep you up to know guy, thanks.
