HI,
Just wondering if the stock valve covers on a 99 3.9l are going to clear the HS 1.7 rr 's? I have herd that they do and that they dont...Which one is it????

there is NO issue with rocker arm clearance
using the Harland Sharp
you would have a clearance issue with Crower
and the valve cover baffles
that help?

I did HS 1.7s about a year ago on my 2002 3.9 and had no difficulty whatsoever with the stock valve covers. Even used the original gaskets, and still no leaks.
