just like putting a bigger sproket on the back
wheel of a mini bike motor cycle it changes the
ratio more power

smaller turns faster and less power

turns the belt slower and uses less power

but not good for city stop and go driving if
you do mostly highway ok

or just use the 1 pull not all 3

so i was thinking if this is a good mod worth the money i would only do the one pulley so i would still get a good charge. which pulley is best to change when you only change the one???

just the crank pulley. i've been running one on my '00 3.9 for about 4 yrs now. no problems, charging, a/c or overheating. and i have removed the clutch fan and run a 300 watt amp too. you'll have to get a shorter belt too. the installation paperwork should tell you how long the belt should be.
