Message: Should be a place to drain radiator on the lower drivers side of radiator. Our could just undo lower radiator hose. Best way to flush cooling system is to get a flush kit from parts store. A little adaptor thing you splice into a heater hose so you can hook up a gargen hose to it and when hot with raditor cap off turn on garden hose and flush while running. That will get all old coolant out of engine block too..

Message: donpilot, I have an 88 and it has two drains on the sides of the block at the front, they are small bolt like plugs, and when you unscrew them a lot of coolant will drain, even if you did drain the rad. I don't know if the 2000 would have the same thing or not.
Good Luck
