I have the same truck, and have never seen anything for it. Some people have installed 5.2L injectors, or added a 1" aluminum spacer between it and the intake manifold. I know of no real mod for it though or performance TBI.
You can always have the TBI bored out and polished by a speedshop, too. This will increase some hp's and mpgs.
