My headlights in my 1995 standard transmission dakota
are staying after i park the car. Is there a sensor that may
be causing that?

TAWA, if you have a Canadaian truck it should have Day Time Running lights, if so there could be a problem with the switch that turns them on when you shut it off. Do the lights go off after a few seconds, or 1-2 minutes, or just stay on until the battery goes dead?

I know on my '01 if I turn the truck off with the lights on, they will stay on for a little bit them go off. Even if you turn them off. Just turn them back on then back off. See if that works.
Finally... a V8. '01 Dodge Dakota RC, 4.7, 5-speed, 3.92 LSD. = R/T Killer.
