 Subject: PO171 Bank 1 lean and poor mileage

I have a 97 Dakota 3.9 CC. On a recent trip the check engine light came on and the idle got really rough. Then I returned home I checked the engine codes and got PO171(Bank 1 lean). I cleared the code and the light has not come on again but the truck went from getting 17 mpg to 14 mpg(in the city)The truck has several mods that have been on the truck for many years. Cold air intake,48mm TB, 1.7 roller rockers,asp underdrive pulley,MSD coil and wires, 3923 plugs, JBA headers and a cat-back system. Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on? The truck has 71,000 miles and the o2 sensors were replaced about a year ago.
