My cruise will not engage over 85 mph. Is there any way to defeat this? I can set it at 90, but it will always drop back to 85 as the max! What limits this?

the pcm limits it. maybe, (if it's available for your truck) a superchips tuner would take care of that.

I think that it is there for a reason though. What Interstate or even a road can you legally do 90+mph?

Why would you want the cruise control higher than 85? That sounds kinda of dangerous, only if you were headed to Vegas but faster than 90 your looking for a ticket. You would probably have to brake anyway doing that speed.
