1994 Dakota 4x4, 9.5 years ago cracked 4 wheel transfer case off road(more like me driving in a creek): replaced good to go, t-boned a honda 8 years ago: fully repaired slight bend in frame removed - checked over like 10 + times from the Pros, still it can not ride smooth above 55 - 60. I am guessing trans?? sounds seem to come from front of truck. Or just shot suspention? Hope i spelled it all correct.

I want my smooth ride back. O and where can i get new seats and inside(what i see when i am in the truck) part of the door. Starting to dry rot.

BSpazed, that's a tough one, a friend of mine was hit on the right front of his truck and he had all kinds of work done on it and its still not right. That's been about 2 years ago, had back to the shop that did the work, and to a couple of other front end shops and still no luck. I would take a look at the entire front end, the A arms top and bottom, the steering linkage, everything to do with the front end and try to see if anything is bent, or twisted. Did anyone check the rear end to see if its straight? I know it sounds crazy, but when a frame gets bent, everything needs to be checked.
Well, I'm fresh out of ideas Good Luck,

What he said, it sound like you may have bent or have a misaligned front end. Could be the alignment of the front differential to the t-case, front axle to engine mount attachment, or maybe even the front wheel bearings
