Message: My truck had a bit of a lumpy idle as well for a while, turned out to be dirty fuel injectors and worn plugs. I'd recommend running some injector cleaner through it, and sticking some Autolite 3293's in. The spark plugs -greatly- improved the idle quality, and are about $1.49 a piece.
