Message: Not really sure if it matters, but what year truck? I'd be willing to measure it for you if we're close in years.

Message: Are you talking about the PCV side or the one with just the hose? You can have them order new ones at the dealer. Their not that much.

Message: i measured myself but it doesnt seem that accurate. But i have a 2003 3.9L. Both sides have the PCV valve. They should be both attached to the intake manifold, some of them on the passenger's side is attached to the air hat. Just depends on the year or set up.

Message: I replaced the breather grommet and pcv grommet on my old 95. I bought them from dealer and could not get the pcv one in, i wound up buying one from the help! section at advance.
I'm sure you can get both from advance. If i remember right, the one that i got to fit was from a chevy or ford, not a dodge.

Message: Well these are my options,
a Grommet Outside Diameter with the following.
1.22 in., 1 in., 1.000 in., 1.375 in., 1.458 in., 2.051 in., 1.397 in., 1.250 in., 1.380 in., 1.00 in.
And then the Grommet Inside Diameter
0.750 in., 0.500 in., 0.928 in., 0.716 in., 0.900 in.
I am guessing its going to be the outter diameter being 1.22 and the inner diameter being .75, Yet i am not 100% sure.
