It happen almost of the the time when I am at a stop light and then go my truck makes a squeaking nosie and the more rpms the louder it gets when I leave of the gas it goes away. HELP
98 V6, Auto 190,000 miles 3.92 Axle

sounds like the belts, buy some belt dressing and spray it on the threads of the belt. The belts squeak because they are no longer tight or gripping the pulleys like they should.Might want to consider changing the Drive belt if you haven't already.

I just changed my drive belt less than 2 weeks ago. I first I thought it was that tried Belt dressing sound is still there

You may want to check either you altenator, power stearing or even your belt tensenor.
