 Subject: Help with a chip

I was wondering if someone could give me the difference's between the stage 1 and the stage 2. I've got a 2001 3.9 with a 50 series flowmaster and a homebrew cold air intake, and I wanted to know which chip would be better. Also any suggestions where to find one cheaper than what jet is selling them for would help.
