Message: i HAVE A 92 DAKOTA WITH THE 3.9. WHEN IT IS COLD OR EVEN COLLOER LIKE 50'S AND BELOW IT HAS TROUBLE STARTING. I CAN GO OUT TRY TO START IT AND IT CRANKS AND CRANKS. THEN I JUST TURN ON THE IGNITION AND I CAN HEAR A CLICKING OR CHATTERING COMING FROM THE RELAY BOX ON THE DRIVERS SIDE FENDER. I PULLED ALL THE RELAYS AND IT STILL CHATTERS. LIKE IT IS COMING FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX. ANFTER IT GETS DONE CHATTERING(COULD BE 30 SECONDS OR 2 MINUTES) IT STARTS RIGHT UP? IT IS PRETTY AGRAVATING IN THE WINTER TRYING TO GET TO WORK ON TIME.ANY IDEAS?

Message: Look for a splice of 3 or 4 wires about 8 to 10 inches down the harness under that 'box' .
Redo that splice - use good quality 'joiner'
or solder and tape up .
