 Subject: wiring for a trailer

trying to wire a 1994 dodge dakota for a trailer. Wiring harness on trailer has 4 wires brown, green, yellow and white. Green is for the right turn signal and yellow is for the left.I know the wiring on the trailer is good all lights work when hooked to my brothers toyota. I need to wire my dakota where they will work on it. What are the colors of the wires on the truck that I need to hook to.
