Subject: putting in a v8 IP: Logged
Message: i need more power ........the v6 treated me good all these years.......well im throwing in a crate v8 and a supercharger.......tubing the rearend and puttin on the slicks,,,,,,,i bought an audi so im just going to race the truck on weekends...so i will be selling all the modification parts on ebay......in 2 to 3 weeks...gibson headers..f&b throttle body..and of course the block with a rv grind cam and harland sharp 1.7 roller rockers..been nice asking the questions and Larry is a wealth of information......no more computer for me.....im selling that 2
i have one for race and one with no mods

Message: How about giving us a crack at these parts before you put them up on EBAY.( Some of us don't ebay) What year is your Dakota? If you decide a price on the headers and they'll fit my '00 Let me know.

Message: can you tell me about the headers...did you like them? did they help with more power? mileage? what about the sound, they weren't too loud were they? are they stainless, chrome or ceramic coated?
