 Subject: Speedometer Calibration Gear...

I have a 1991 Dak 239 with a New Proccess A535 Manual Transmission, I'm looking to change out the rear Gears to probably 4.10 or 3.91 where would i get a new speedo gear?? i've tried looking all over the net for anything on it... only alternative i can think of is to maybe see if the dealer has them... any help would be greatly appriciated
