Bottom side drivers side under frame rail.Your charcoal canister stores fuel vapors to be burn into engine when set buy your ECM and controlled by a solenoid valve found under battery tray on bottom.These don't fail usually your hoses split or dry rot or crack to trip a code or may even be a simple loose gas cap check your hoses thoughly from front to the underside frame found some of mine to be split and cracked just trimmed back and reconnected back into original place don't try and bypass will trip MIL lamp.If your still having issues would take back to dealer if under 8 yr 80,000 miles will fix for free covered!!!
